We’re incredibly excited to announce that, as of April, we are now taking patient bookings on our state-of-the-art new laser, the Schwind Amaris 500E.
Our new laser has been installed due to our commitment to providing patients with the most effective treatment possible, maximising precision and safety. The innovative Schwind Amaris opens up a range of new techniques and treatment to our patients, from initial consultation and planning, to treatment.
As always when considering laser eye surgery with Visualase, when you book in for a consultation, you’ll be met by the surgeon who will carry out your treatment. Thanks to the integrated SCHWIND CAM software within our new laser, this consultation will provide tailored treatment planning with a uniquely wide range of applications in refractive surgery.
Following your consultation, treatment using the Schwind Amaris provides safe and effective surgery, thanks to the following features:
Although this information may be a lot to take in, we can assure you that our new Amaris 500E will result in the safest and most efficient laser eye surgery we have ever provided. Our Technology page also contains much more detailed information on all of the technology we now offer as part of our treatments, which you can view here.
Of course, following your treatment, you will receive the same great service as we have offered to the thousands of patients that have come through our doors over the last 17 years (of which 99% would recommend us, based on our 2017 patient survey).
