Once a year in January we send a questionnaire out to all our patients from the previous year. This aim of this survey is to get feedback to assist us in assessing and planning our future patient care.
The results for 2010 have just been released, with the headline news:

• 99% rated the consultation with the surgeon as excellent/very good/good
• 99% rated the level of care received on the dates of their treatment as excellent/very good/good
• 100% rated the level of aftercare after the treatment(s) as excellent/very good/good
• 99% rated the final result of their laser eye treatment as excellent/very good/good
• 99% said they'd recommend Visualase laser eye clinic to their friends and family
